Mom's Cucumber Salad

This is the only cucumber salad I knew, until I ate at a friend's house when I was about 14! Mom and Grandma both made it this way...ok they used regular Miracle Whip, I use fat free.
Ingredients:
5 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1 medium onion, diced
1 cup fat-free miracle whip
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Place cucumbers and onions in large bowl. In a smaller bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over the cucumbers and onions. Chill in refrigerator for at least one hour. Serve. Salt, sugar, and pepper can be adjusted to your own taste, this is just the way I like it.
