The one I grew up on. Very good!
Ingredients:
4 cups finely shredded cabbage
1 minced small onion
1 cup shredded carrot
1 finely chopped green pepper
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Directions:
1. Mix cabbage, onion, carrots, and green pepper in bowl.
2. Combine remaining ingredients.
3. Mix well.
4. Pour over vegetables.
5. Toss until well coated.
6. Chill.
