Mom's Christmas Wine Jello

A perfect ending to a heavy meal.
Ingredients:
8 envelopes gelatin (knox)
4 cups cold water
4 cups boiling water
4 cups wine (sweet)
4 cups sugar
4 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions:
1. Mix them and let them gel.
2. I haven't made this in ages, but I remember mom used to have that cheap sweet wine and this was soooo wonderful.
3. We'd serve it with whipped cream after a huge Christmas dinner.
4. The one day in time is just so it jells.
5. Overnite is fine.
