Moms Chocolate Frosting

This is a recipe for frosting that my mom grew up with. No memory of how it came to pass, but it's sooooooooo good. Starts out thick and sets to chewy!
Ingredients:
2 squares of unsweetened chocolate
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Directions:
1. In a small pot, melt chocolate over a low flame. You can use a double boiler, but if you don't have one, a low flame will work fine.
2. Add sweetened condensed milk.
3. Increase heat to medium - At this point STIR CONSTANTLY.
4. Bring to just boiling then turn off the heat.
5. Use immediately.
