Mom's Chicken Tarragon

My Mom was the casserole queen in her day. This used to be one of the family favorites growing up
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken, cut up into pieces
1/4 cup butter
1 cup onion, chopped
10 1/2 ounces cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
12 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. In a large skillet, saute the onions and chicken in the butter. Remove to a casserole dish.
3. Heat the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken.
4. Bake the chicken for 50 - 60 minutes or until cooked.
