Ingredients:
3/4 cup chicken, finely chopped
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
1 spring onion, finely chopped
3 ounces kale, finely chopped
3 tbsp light mayonnaise
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in small bowl.
2. Serve on bread, crackers, pita, tortilla, celery sticks, carrot sticks, etc. for a light lunch or snack.
