Mom's Carmely Pancake Syrup

My mom (also my paternal grandmother- that's where it came from...they used to have a dairy back in the day) would always make this when we ran out of pancake syrup. It is different than anyone on here. It is soooo homemade and yummy!!! May be a little rich for some!! Easy and simple to maked!!! Enjoy!!
Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup white sugar
1 cup sweet cream (regular cream works just fine)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and biol for a few minutes until sugar is dissolved.
2. Serve over pancakes or waffles - ice cream too!
3. Refrigerate leftover syrup and reheat when used again.
