Mom's Banana Bread

There are so many recipes out there from banana bread but I trust this one since it's from my mom!
Ingredients:
1 cup banana, mashed
1 3/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
3/4 cup shortening
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
2. Beat eggs well.
3. Cream together shortening and sugar; add eggs.
4. Add flour alternately with mashed bananas; stir in nuts.
5. Bake in greased loaf pan for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
