Directions:
1. Pour oil into a 3 to 4 Quart Saucepan to the depth of 2 inches Sift together Flour Sugar Baking soda and salt Add Eggs And Milk Beat untill smooth let batter stand untill the oil heats .{Fill small funnel with 1/2 cup batter Let batter flow smoothly into oil when brown turn over with spatula Drain on paper towels sprinkle with powderd sugar or sprinkle with regular sugar
