Old fashioned rice pudding momma used to make, brings back memories!
Ingredients:
rice pudding
* 1/3 cup rice
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 4 tbsp sugar
* 4 cups milk (your choice of 1% or whole or 1/2 cream)
* 1/4 tes. cinnamon
Directions:
1. Wash rice and place in baking dish. Add sugar salt and milk. Stir to dissolve. Cook in 350 deg.F. oven for 1 hour until rice is done. Raisins may be added and nutmeg.
