Very yummyyy! One of my favorite dips Mom used to make. Never any left...but if there is use leftovers for eggs tomorrow morning!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
large block of velveeta cheese (dice or slice thinly for quicker melting)
8-16 oz prepared salsa (your favorite brand. use mild for not spicy, medium to add a little flavor and hot to add some spice!)
Directions:
1. brown ground beef. Drain in colander.
2. Add back to pan, and add pieces of cheese slowly. Allow to melt.
3. Add salsa. I said 8-16 oz of salsa because some like it cheesy, some want the salsa to be the main taste. Up to you! Add salsa to your desired taste.
4. Heat thoroughly. Put in serving bowl or bowls and serve!
