This was my god-mother's recipe, I called her Momma Jan. A special woman that is no longer with us. She was very frugel and an amazing cook. I change ingredients to make them less fatty. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1 (10 1/2 oz) can new england clam chowder
1 (10 3/4 oz) can 98% fat free cream of celery soup
1 (10 3/4 oz) can 98% fat free cream of potato soup
1 (6 1/2 oz) can minced clams, optional
1 (12 oz) can evapoated milk
Directions:
1. In a large stock pan, mix soups together, add evaporated milk. Stir well.
2. Heat to piping hot, all the way through with out boiling. Do Not Boil.
3. Serves 6 cups.
