Ingredients:
4 whole chickens (cut-up)
1/2 pint buttermilk
4 cups flour
4 tablespoons mccormick's montreal brand steak seasoning (spicy)
Directions:
1. Soak chicken (completely covered) in buttermilk overnight.
2. Put a cup of flour in a storage bag and place chicken piece in and shake till covered.
3. Fry chicken until completely cooked.
4. Put chicken on a pan and put in an oven at 250° for 20 to 25 minutes.
