Molasses and Orange Muffins

Fun to make, good to eat! Adapted from Crosby's Molasses Favorites . I especially like them with 'Prune Butter'(Baker's Prune Butter (substitute for Oil in Chocolate Cakes)) instead of oil.
Ingredients:
1 orange (seedless is best)
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon starch
1/4 cup oil (or 1/4 cup of baker's prune butter (substitute for oil in chocolate cakes))
3/4 cup molasses
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup oat bran
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F Grease the bottoms of medium size muffin cups.
2. Wash and quarter orange. Chop in food processor.
3. Add remaining ingredients to food processor. Mix until just moistened.
4. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
