This is a tried and true recipe from Lorrie's kitchen.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh mint (loose)
1 cup rum
1 cup club soda
Directions:
1. muddle first three ingredients.
2. add rum.
3. Fill glass with ice cubes.
4. Fill half the glass with lime juice mixture.
5. Fill half the glass with club soda.
