1 (1/4 ounce) envelope lipton onion soup mix |
1 cup fine dry breadcrumb |
1 (2 1/2-3 1/2 lb) broiler-fryer chickens, cut in parts |
2 cups mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Place Onion Soup Mix and bread crumbs in large plastic food bag and 2. shake to blend. Brush chicken on all sides with Mayonnaise. Place one 3. piece of chicken in bag at a time. Close tightly and shake till coated. 4. Place chicken on rack in broiler pan. Bake in 400 degree oven 40 to 45 5. minutes or until golden brown and tender. |
