It is the most moist cake I have ever tasted you will enjoy it & want to make it for all your friends
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup margarine
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl put rolled oats& boiling water.
2. Without cooling, add marge& cocoa.
3. Mix well, add brown sugar& eggs.
4. Beat with a wire whisk.
5. Add flour, baking powder, soda& vanilla.
6. Beat again with wire whisk.
7. Pour into a greased 9x9 square pan& bake 30 min 350.
