Very moist but fattening, can substitute the oil for applesauce for a lower fat version

1 cup butter
4 large eggs
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 (12 ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash cinnamon (or as much as you want, to taste)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Line your brownie pan with tin foil and coat with Crisco, butter, or Pam.
3. Melt the butter, the chocolate and the olive oil together and stir to combine.

8. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes or until done.
