Ingredients:
onion
bell pepper
garlic powder
lemon pepper
soy sauce
butter
Directions:
1. make microwave instant rice according to directions and add approximately 1 table spoon of soy sauce and stir
2. while rice is cooking chop 1/2 bell pepper, 1/4 onion
3. combine bell pepper and onion in small saute' pan
4. add approximately 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine
5. add approximately 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
6. season to taste with lemon pepper and garlic powder
7. saute' veggies approximately 6 minutes
8. once microwave rice is done, pour contents of saute' pan over it and stir
