Mock Potato/Cauliflower Casserole

This is a great low-carb recipe.
Ingredients:
16 ounces frozen cauliflower
2 tablespoons butter
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
green onion
Directions:
1. Steam or boil cauliflower until totally tender.
2. DRAIN WELL.
3. Mash and add butter and cream cheese.
4. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
5. Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
6. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 35 minutes or until bubbly.
