Mock Chopped Liver- Walnuts and Pareve

This is my grandma She She's mock chopped liver. It's incredibly simple and very tasty. My whole family enjoys it. I like this version a lot more than the mock chopped liver made with garbanzo beans and/or green beans (even though that version is healthier). Makes a terrific appetizer.
Ingredients:
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup ground walnuts
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 dash paprika
Directions:
1. Sautee chopped onion in olive oil on low heat until onion is clear in color. Let cool.
2. Add eggs, nuts, and onion to cuisine art and puree.
3. Sprinkle paprika over top.
4. Serve with crackers, carrots, celery, or chips.
5. Enjoy!
