Mock Baby Ruth Bars

Ingredients:
3/4 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
1 (6 ounce) package butterscotch chips
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup cocktail peanuts
Directions:
1. Stir first 5 ingredients in saucepan over low heat until blended.
2. Pour over oatmeal stirring to mix.
3. Press into greased 13x9x2-in. pan.
4. Bake in 375 degree oven 12 minutes.
5. Melt chips and peanut butter and add peanuts.
6. Spread over bars.
7. Cool.
8. Cut into bars.
9. Additional chopped nuts may be sprinkled on top.
