Mocha Truffle Brownies

I love these brownies because they have two of my favorite ingredients-chocolate and coffee.
Ingredients:
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 teaspoon instant coffee
2 tablespoons hot water
2 eggs
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 tablespoon instant coffee
1 tablespoon hot water
1 8oz package cream cheese-softened
1/3 cup confectioner's sugar
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips-melted
glaze
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon shortening
Directions:
1. In a heavy saucepan over medium low heat,melt chocolate chips and butter. Stir until smooth.
2. Cool 5 minutes.
3. Dissolve coffee in hot water. Set aside.
4. In a large mixing bowl,beat eggs and brown sugar on medium speed for 1 minute.
5. Stir in melted chocolate and coffee.
6. Combine flour and baking powder and gradually add to chocolate mixture.
7. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
9. Cool completely on wire rack.
10. Filling:
11. Dissolve coffee in water. Set aside.
12. In a large mixing bowl,beat cream cheese until smooth.
13. Add melted chocolate,coffee,and confectioner's sugar. Continue beating until combined.
14. Spread over brownies.
15. Glaze:
16. Melt chocolate chips in shortening. Stir until smooth.
17. Drizzle over filling.
18. Chill at least 2 hours before cutting. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
