Semifreddo means half-frozen. This tastes like a creamy cappuccino. It's only real ingredients are cfrozen yogurt and coffee, but it looks and tastes like alot of effort has been put into it! This recipe is from Weight Watchers.
Ingredients:
1 16 ounce container fat-free chocolate frozen yogurt
1/2 16 ounce container fat-free coffee frozen yogurt
3 tsp. freshly ground coffee beans
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions:
1. Spray an 8 x 5 disposable foil loaf pan with nonstick spray. Let the yogurts soften at room temperature 10 minutes. In a small bowl, combine 2 tsp. of the ground coffee, the sugar and cocoa powder
2. Spread the chocolate yogurt in the loaf pan; sprinkle with the cocoa mixture, then spread with the coffee yogurt. Cover with plastic wrap; freeze at least 8 hours or overnight.
3. To serve, let stand at room temperature 10 minutes. Invert onto a platter; unmold by cutting away the foil pan. Cut into 4 slices and serve, sprinkled with the remaining ground coffee
