Serve this sweet, creamy punch at a holiday party-no one will ever suspect that it's low in carbs. A bonus is that the carbohydrate in this recipe comes from calcium-containing milk products.
Ingredients:
1 (2-ounce) jar instant coffee granules
1 cup boiling water
1 gallon fat-free milk
8 cups (1/2 gallon) chocolate no-sugar-added, reduced-fat ice cream, softened
8 cups (1/2 gallon) vanilla no-sugar-added, fat-free ice cream, softened
1 cup frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
Directions:
1. Combine coffee granules and boiling water, stirring until coffee granules dissolve. Add sweetener, stirring until dissolved. Cover and chill.
2. Combine coffee mixture and milk in a large punch bowl; gently stir in ice creams. Spoon whipped topping onto ice cream mixture. Serve immediately.
