Ingredients:
2 (1 1/2 ounce) packages sugar-free instant pudding mix (chocolate flavor, jell-o brand recommended)
3 tablespoons instant espresso powder
2 cups 2% low-fat milk (cold)
4 tablespoons fat free reddi-wip topping (extra creamy style preferred)
Directions:
1. Beat dry pudding mix, espresso powder and milk with whisk 2 minutes.
2. Gently beat in Reddi-Wip.
3. Pour mixture into 8 dessert dishes (or cute mugs).
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve (at least one hour), then garnish with additional Reddwip if desired and a sprinkling of espresso powder.
