Get a kick of caffeine to get you going with this low-fat scrumptious smoothie! Don't want the caffeine? Substitute with decaffeinated, still with the same great taste. Yumm. :)
Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon instant coffee (decaffeinated if you prefer)
2 tablespoons fatfree sugarfree chocolate pudding mix
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 -5 ice cubes (depending on size)
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to blender or magic bullet and blend. Start Sippin' :).
