Ingredients:
1 box (18 1/4 ounces) chocolate cake mix
1 1/4 c cold coffee
1/2 c vegetable oil
3 eggs
1/4 c powdered sugar
2 tsp instant coffee
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil 9 x 13 baking pan. Beat
2. together cake mix, coffee, vegetable oil, and eggs about 2 minutes, or
3. until batter is smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes,
4. or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool on wire
5. rack at least 15 minutes. Combine powdered sugar and instant coffee in
6. blender. Blend to mix. Sprinkle on top of cake.
7. Makes 12 Servings.
