A nice mousse like dessert
Ingredients:
50 g dark chocolate
300 ml cream
3 teaspoons instant coffee granules
1 tablespoon warm water
1 egg white
1/4 cup caster sugar
1/3 cup scorched almonds
Directions:
1. Stir chocolate and 1/4 cup cream in a small saucepan over low heat unil smooth.
2. Divide among 4 serving glasses.
3. Swirl around to coat the sides.
4. Refrigerate.
5. Mix coffee with warm water until dissolved.
6. Cool.
7. Beat cream til soft peaks form.
8. Beat egg while til soft peaks form adding sugar 1 tablespoon at a time until sugar is dissolved.
9. Fold in nuts.
10. Divide cream mix among the 4 glasses.
11. Top with remaining nuts.
