Mocha Cinnamon Warmer

A nice change from plain chocolate winter warmer drinks.
Ingredients:
4 cups milk
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup heavy cream (whipped)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Heat milk and cinnamon sticks in pot or a microwave proof jug, until beginning to bubble around the edges.
2. Blend cocoa, sugar, coffee and vanilla with about 2 tablespoons of the hot milk.
3. Stir this back into the remaining hot milk, and remove cinnamon sticks.
4. Beat with a hand beater until frothy.
5. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
