Oriental stir fry
Ingredients:
1/4 lb broccoli
1/4 lb string beans
1/4 lb cabbage
1/4 lb mushroom
1 large onion
1 garlic clove
3 tbs oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup stock
1 tbs soy sauce
Directions:
1. Break broccoli into florets. Cut string beans in 1 inch sections and par boil separately.
2. Dice cabbage, mushrooms and onion. Crush garlic.
3. Heat oil. Add salt, then garlic, and stir fry a few times. Add onion, cabbage and string beans; stir fry 2 minutes.
4. Add broccoli and mushrooms; stir fry 2 minutes more. Add stock and soy sauce, and heat quickly. Then cook, covered, 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat. Serve at once.
