2 onions
1 potato
2 zucchini
1/3 cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. choped up all ingrediants.
2. Saute in frying pan on Medium-High Heat until onions start to brown.
3. Add in cheese, Stir.
4. Let cool.
5. Enjoy.
