Mixed Mushrooms on Toast

Great on toasted Turkish bread
Ingredients:
60 g butter
6 green onions, chopped
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
500 g button mushrooms, halved
500 g cups mushrooms, quartered
2 tablespoons grainy mustard
1/2 cup dry white wine
3/4 cup sour cream
toast, to serve
Directions:
1. Melt butter in large pan.
2. Add onions, garlic, thyme and all mushrooms, cook, stirring till browned.
3. Stir in mustardand wine.
4. Simmer uncovered about 8 minutes till sauce slightly thickend.
5. Stir in sour cream.
6. Serve on toasted bread.
