A cheap mix of ground beef and veggies that can feed you for a day or so if you want to let it. Something I came up with during some random cooking!
Ingredients:
1/2 lb medium ground beef
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
1 cup grated cheese
2 -3 ounces diced snow peas
2 medium sliced carrots
1 small minced onion
1 medium minced potato
1/2 tablespoon red chile
1 minced garlic clove
3/4 cup encore buffalo wing sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions:
1. First, cook all the veggies in a wok or frying pan, just use a little oil since the onoins make their own juice, and put in water to cover the bottom of the pan. Just keep adding water bit by bit if it starts sticking. Make sure you brown the garlic very lightly first though, its a good way to keep the heat in check too. Add the red chilis and mix until the juice and water is totally cooked off.
2. Cook the ground beef in a bit of water, no oil. There is enough grease in the meat once it starts cooking. Once the meat is well browned, Drain completely, then add the cheese, mix until the cheese is totally melted, and the grease is loose, drain it out.
3. Mix the veggies into the meat and cheese once everything is mixed, add seasoning salt, and buffalo wing sauce. Once it is well mixed, add the brown sugar, and mix until you can't see any lumps, Turn off the heat and let it simmer, mixing from time to time to make sure nothing sticks.
