Mixed Greens Salad Wcitrus Vinaigrette Dressing

This salad added to any meal or serve alone with cold salad shrimp is awesome.
Ingredients:
salad
2 bags of mixed greens or the equivalent in fresh mixed greens
1 red pepper, roasted, peeled, seeded and julienned
1 can hearts of palm, sliced 1/2 in thick
1 red onion, thinly sliced in quarters
1 cup almond slices or slivers, toasted
2 oranges, segmented
8 oz goat cheese, crumbled
citrus vinaigrette
1/4 cup orange juice, fresh squeezed
1 tbsp lemon juice, fresh squeezed
1/4 cup red zinfandel vinegar
salt
pepper
1 – 1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Salad
2. 1. Wash and dry greens.
3. 2. Arrange in a chilled bowl.
4. 3. Top artfully with remaining ingredients.
5. Dressing:
6. Place all ingredients except the olive oil in a stainless steel or glass bowl. Whish to combine.
7. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until combined.
