Mixed Fruit Breakfast Pizza

These cute little pizzas taste like dessert, but they're loaded with fiber & vitamin C! Make the filling ahead of time, but assemble everything just before serving.
Ingredients:
1 8 oz pkg low-fat cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup apricot preserves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
6 whole-wheat pita breads, toasted
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
3 tbsp apple jelly
Directions:
1. in medium bow, beat the cream cheese until fluffy
2. add honey, apricot preserves, and cinnamon.
3. mix well
4. spread this mixture onto the pita breads
5. arrange the berries on top
6. in small microwave-safe bowl, heat the apple jelly 50% power until melted
7. spoon it over the fruit and serve.
