This is a delicious fruit salad that can be enjoyed for breakfast or served as a refreshing pudding. Use a serrated knife to cut away the pith from the fruit.
Ingredients:
4 blood oranges, peeled, pith removed and cut into thick slices
1 large grapefruit, peeled and cut into segments
1 orange, peeled and cut into segments
2 tangerines, peeled, pith removed and cut into segments
4 black peppercorns, crushed
Directions:
1. Divide the fruit between plates.
2. Crush the black peppercorns and sprinkle over the fruit with the mint leaves.
3. Serve with Greek yogurt or creme fraiche.
