Perfect fresh fruit salad for the 4th of July!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons grand marnier (orange-flavored liqueur)
1 lb strawberry, hulled and halved
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blackberry
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, torn in small pieces
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, whisk together sugar and liqueur. Gently fold in strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and mint. Serve immediately (or cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours).
