Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach cooked and drained well
1 (7 oz) can crab meat, drained
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
crackers
Directions:
1. Saute onion in butter.
2. Stir in spinach, crab meat and cheese.
3. Heat through.
4. Serve in a chafing dish with crackers.
5. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
