Ingredients:
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 cups rice, cooked
3 cups shrimp, boiled
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Directions:
1. Saute vegetables. Mix with rice, cooked shrimp, soup, and milk. Put in a casserole dish. sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
