Ingredients:
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons white miso
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon minced fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon chopped dried lemon grass
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup grapeseed oil or 1/4 cup olive oil
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl, and stir well with a whisk.
2. Whisk in olive oil and grapeseed oil. Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
