My own homemade miso soup. This recipe makes enough for two. My girlfriend and I usually have two cups each along with our meal. :)
Ingredients:
3 cups water
4 oz tofu, cut into cubes
3 tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp dried wakame (about 6 calories)
Directions:
1. Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
2. Add the tofu and the wakame to the boiling water, then turn heat to low.
3. Move some of the hot water into a small bowl and mix the miso paste into it in increments until there no lumps.
4. Add the water and miso mixture back to the soup and stir.
5. More miso can be added if you'd prefer a stronger flavor. :)
