Pork burger Miso taste, good side dish for Japanese sake (rice wine) or with rice for children's lunch box.
Ingredients:
500g minced pork
5 tablespoon miso (any kind)
3 tablespoon sugar
1 egg
2-3 tablespoon japanese sake or dry sherry
1-2 teaspoon potato flour
a handful shredded carrot and burdock (goboh)
vegetable oil for grill
Directions:
1. Put pork, miso, sugar, egg and sake (or dry sherry) into bowl and mix well
2. When it got stickiness enough, add the potato flour and mix well again
3. ++++
4. Add shredded carrots and burdock and make it burger shape
5. (it is easy to shape if you put some oil on your hands)
6. Grill them and serve hot!
