Mish-Mash is a traditional Bulgarian dish.
Ingredients:
3 tomatoes
3 red peppers
1 onion
2-3 tbs. vegetable oil
7 oz. feta cheese
3 eggs
chopped parsley
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Cut the ingredients into small pieces.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onions, then the peppers and the tomatoes and cook for about 3-5 minutes.
3. Add the cheese and eggs and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper.
