Green peas replace chickpeas for this twist on traditional hummus. Add the mint and garlic for more flavor and give it a whirl in a blender or food processor.
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen petite green peas, thawed
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup mint leaves
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon water
1/4 teaspoon salt
