Minted Melon-Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups cubed cantaloupe
2 cups cubed watermelon
1 cup thinly sliced cucumber (about 1 small cucumber)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon minced onion
3 tablespoons raspberry-flavored vinegar
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Combine sugar, onion, and vinegar in a small jar. Cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Pour over melon mixture; toss gently.
3. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 2 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
