Prep: 3 minutes. The melon will get frosty if you let it freeze while you make the rest of the meal, but you can let it stay in the freezer for up to an hour.
Ingredients:
4 cups refrigerated cantaloupe, honeydew, or watermelon cubes
1/2 cup pineapple-orange juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
Directions:
1. Place melon cubes in freezer until frosty.
2. Combine melon cubes and juice; stir well. Sprinkle with mint. Serve immediately.
