Minted Lamb Chops

Ingredients:
6 lamb loin chops
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup creme de menthe
Directions:
1. Grease the inside of a pan by rubbing fat edge of a lamb chop over it.
2. Brown chops over high heat 4-5 minutes on each side.
3. Drain excess fat.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Add soy sauce and creme de menthe to pan.
6. Stir to blend flavor and spoon over chops.
