Ingredients:
2 1/5 lb (1kg) lamb, ground
1 large onion, peeled and grated
25 g fresh breadcrumbs
2 tsps dried mint
1 salt
1 black pepper
2 tbsp corn oil
Directions:

2. 1. Preheat a grill to a moderate heat.
3. 2. In a large bowl combine together the mince, onion, breadcrumbs and dried mint, season well.
4. 3. Shape into 8 flat patties, brush lightly with oil and grill for 8-10 minutes on each side.
5. 4. Lightly toast the burger buns, fill with the burgers, top with one of the chutneys and crisp iceberg lettuce. Serve immediately.
