From the book: Natural Beauty At Home by Janice Cox. Note: You may use white vinegar for this recipe if you do not get apple cider vinegar.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dried mint or 3 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 cup distilled water
Directions:
1. Mix everything together.
2. Stir well and allow to sit for 3 days.
3. Strain or filter out all the mint leaves.
4. Pour the toner into a clean bottle with a lid.
5. Apply onto your face with a clean cotton ball.
